1.       Cycloserine        

a.       Depression

b.      Thoughts of suicide

c.       Headache

2.       Ethionamide.

a.       Painful & swollen joints

b.      Tight, hot sensation within the skin

c.       Chills

3.       Isonazid.

a.       Unusual tiredness/ weakness

b.      Clumsiness/unsteadiness

c.       Pain/ tingling in hands and feet

d.      Numbness/ burning in hands & feet/

e.      Loss of appetite

f.        Vomiting

g.       Diarrhea

h.      Stomach pains

i.         Eye pains, blurred vision

j.        Nausea

k.       Breathing problems

l.         Dizziness

m.    Itching

n.      Skin rash/ redness
